  • Module Description
    The Model 12742 triaxial distribution amplifier module consists of sixteen triaxial analog amplifiers configured as a dual 1x8 triaxial distribution amplifier. All amplifiers have a 75 ohm input and 75 ohm output impedance and are designed to be used in the DC-80MHz range with a 75 ohm load.
    The module requires a power input of ±12VDC at 700mA which is supplied through the DB-25P type power connector on the end of the module. The module is designed to be mounted within Model 12116 chassis assembly.
    Signal connection is provided by standard triaxial type female connectors. The output connectors are located in-line next to the input connectors. Each amplifier has its own gain and offset adjustment.
    The vented aluminum housing provides heat sinking to the black anodized covers. Forced air cooling is recommended.
